The questions come first.

I can see the week's lessons, this term's grades and yesterday's attendance in a minute, without emailing anyone.

We applied online in an evening and heard back two days later. For a working parent that is the whole difference — no forms to print, no queue at the office, and everything stayed on file.

With two children in the school I used to keep two folders and a wall calendar. Now both timetables, both report cards and every announcement arrive in the same place, and the sibling discount is already on the fees. Nothing gets missed now, and I am not the one holding it together.

Starting school somewhere new is nerve-wracking. Booking the tour, meeting the teacher and getting the first timetable happened without one phone call.

What we value most is being told early. A missed class, a slipping grade, a trip next week — the school tells us while there is still time to do something about it, rather than at the end of term.
